Vundavalli files intervention plea

Hyderabad: Former Congress MP Vundavalli Arun Kumar on Friday filed a petition requesting the High Court at Hyderabad to permit him to argue as an intervener in the quash petition filed by the AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in the cash for vote scam.

It may be recalled that Justice T Sunil Chowdary started final hearing in the matter. It is the case of the former MP that the ACB had cited the name of the AP Chief Minister more than 20 times in the charge-sheet filed by it. He requested the court to allow him to put forth his arguments.
